Krásny priestranný byt, perfektná lokalita ozaj na skok do mesta, hneď plná občianska vybavenosť (potraviny, mhd zastávky, pekáreň, reštaurácia). Ako obrovský benefit je parkovanie priamo v objekte. Byt bol skvelo zariadený, komunikácia s majiteľmi perfektná. Boli sme ubytovaní ako 3 členná rodinka a určite to nebola naša posledná návšteva. Radi sa do tohto apartmánu vrátime. Môžem len odporúčať! Väčšia precíznosť pri upratovaní.

Krásny nový apartmán so skvelým vybavením, pohodlnou posteľou a super polohou. Nachádza sa v blízkosti kompletného vybavenia - pekáreň, obchod, zástavky MHD. Komfortné, bezplatné parkovanie v garáži a klimatizácia boli skvelý bonus. Ocenili sme aj samoobslužný checkin, veľkú terasu, strešné okno a ticho v celej budove, vďaka čomu bol celý pobyt naozaj komfortný a príjemný. Milou pozornosťou bol minibar a ocenili sme kávovar. Vlado nám priebežne písal, zaujímal sa a komunikácia bola super. Ešte raz ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt, radi sa znova vrátime. Vrelo odporúčame každému. Neodtekala dobre sprcha, ale majiteľ hneď promptne reagoval, že závadu odstránia.

Apartament exceptional, spatios, foarte curat, cu toate dotările necesare pentru a te simții ca acasă. Amplasarea într-o zona foarte bună, aproape de obiectivele turistice. Recomand tuturor. Felicitări proprietarului! Totul a fost perfect, peste așteptările noastre.

A very modern city-center apartment with parking, very comfortable beds, a spacious balcony, a separate toilet and shower, very friendly hosts, and convenient check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. We stayed as three people.

The apartment was clean, modern and quiet.
The host was excellent, providing all the info necessary. Two small duvets for a double bed was a bit strange. Can’t judge value as booked last minute - not a fault, just an observation.

Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Zentrum nahe Präsidentenpalais gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hervorragende Website mit Anfahrtsbeschreibung und Anleitung zum Einchecken. Es gibt nichts .

Warm, comfortable apartment in the center. You have your own parking space in the garage, excellent wifi. The app is modern and has everything you need. Comunication with the owner is perfect.

This apartment has a pleasant atmosphere, along with great soft interior light thanks to the skylight window. Despite its location, it is very quiet, so it offers a full mind and body recovery after long day. Keyless access is a great advantage and also parking spot is located directly at the entrance to the elevators! The cleanliness and its equipment correspond to the photos. I passed the entrance to the garage several times in the evening, so a good landmark for entry is the public transport stop.

It’s a new building, located near center, with the nice view. Very quiet because the apartment is on the other side of the street. New, clean, warm and all good quality made.

Sprzęt RTVAGD na najwyższym poziomie, klimatyzator okna czy nawet telewizor to nie tania chińszczyzna jak w większości apartamentów na wynajem, można się poczuć luksusowo. Jest parking podziemny a na piętrze większość mieszkań jest wolnych Cena mogłaby być delikatnie niższa
